MECMA Symphony Orchestra ← Back to list
Established back in 2021 in conjunction with the inauguration of the Middle East Classical Music Academy, the MECMA Symphony Orchestra is a distinguished string ensemble that is comprised of some of the top professional musicians working today, each of whom is bringing with them a wealth of experience and passion to their performances.
The ensemble is unified by a shared dedication to musical excellence, and a desire to leave an impact on the classical music scene in spite of its relative youth. In pursuit of these goals, the orchestra is proud to be taking on the role of Orchestra-in-Residence at the 2025 edition of the Middle East Classical Music Academy, where they will be performing at many of the Academy’s lunchtime concerts, while also contributing to the courses and masterclasses on an individual level.
