Bassoon

He completed his advanced studies at ESMUC (Barcelona) with David Tomàs and Salvador Sanchís between 2010 and 2014. He took advanced courses with Alexei Tkachuk, Enrique Abargues, Mor Biron, and Guilhaume Santana, among others.
He has always been a lover of chamber music, forming the classical wind quintet DaCap, with which they won various awards in youth competitions between 2011 and 2013, and the reed quintet "Barcelona Reed Quintet," with which they carried out all kinds of projects, including the Festicámara in Medellín (Colombia) in 2014.
He has collaborated with orchestras such as the Berlin Konzerthaus Orchestra, Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, Liceu Barcelona Orchestra, Castilla y León Symphony Orchestra, Valencian Generalitat Orchestra, and more.
Of particular note is his role as a bassoon, contrabassoon, and chamber music teacher at the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya during the 2017/18 and 2019/20 academic years.
Daniel is actually a principal bassoon in the Franz Schubert Filharmonia and the Barcelona Municipal Band.
