Miroslav Kultyshev — Middle East Classical Music Academy-2025

Miroslav Kultyshev was born in 1985 in Leningrad. He graduated from the Specialised Secondary School of Music at the Saint-Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in the class of tutor Zora Tsuker. He graduated from the Saint-Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory, where he also took his post-graduate course in the class of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Alexander Sandler. Since 2012, he is teaching at the Special Piano Department of the St. Petersburg Conservatory, and is an associate professor since 2020.

The winner (Gold medal) in the International Youth Delphic Games in Kiev, Ukraine.

The winner in the 13. International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow.

The winner in the Monte Carlo International Piano Competition in Monaco.

2021
The winner in the 2nd International Piano Competition ClassicPiano in Dubai, UAE.

He improved his skills by attending master classes by Andrzej Yasinsky, Dmitry Bashkirov.

He is a laureate of the All-Russian Public Program "Hope of Russia" (1999, Grand Prix in 2000), a holder of the youth grant from the prestigious and distinguished "Russian National Independent Award Triumph" (2001).
He is a fellow of the Yuri Bashmet Charitable Foundation (1999) and the St Petersburg Philharmonic Society (1995-2004), the St Petersburg Music House and the AB Rossiya (2007, 2008).

He appears in top halls in St. Petersburg and Moscow, as well as at such world-famous venues as the Musikverein in Vienna, the Mozarteum in Salzburg, Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, the Soncertgebow in Amsterdam, Wigmore Hall in London, Salle Gaveau in Paris. He is currently touring in many countries around the world.

He has collaborated with such conductors as Valery Gergiev, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Yuri Bashmet, Sergei Roldugin, Marc Gorenstein, Vasily Sinaisky, Nikolai Alexeyev, Alexander Dmitriev, Gintaras Rinkevičius, Charles Dutoit and Yuri Temirkanov.

He is a regular participant of international music festivals: Kissinger Sommer, Mecklenburg Festspiele Vorpommern, Klavier Festival Ruhr in Germany, Stars of the White Nights, Faces of Contemporary Pianism in St. Petersburg, The Kremlin Music Festival, International Conservatory Week in Moscow, Elba - Music Island of Europe in Italy, Septembre Musical in Switzerland, Mikkeli Music Festival in Finland, Duszniki International Chopin Piano Festival, Salzburg Festival.

In 2005 he was awarded the German Order of the Griffin, established in the 19th century, for his worthy contribution to the art of music.

He takes part in the programs of the St. Petersburg Music House since 2006.
