General Regulations

  1. Application Procedure: 
    - All applications must be submitted online. 
    - Candidates will not be admitted to the masterclasses without payment.
  2. Payment and Refund Policy:
    - After receiving your application, the academy will contact you with bank account details for payment.
    - Payment must be received to confirm participation. 
    - Subscription fees are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal.
  3. Participation Fees:
    - The participation fee for active students is EUR 1500. 
    - The participation fee for passive students is EUR 1500. 
  4. Eligibility Criteria:
    - The program is open to participants of all ages, skill levels and nationalities.
  5. Masterclass Structure:
    - The program includes four individual lessons, group sessions, open lectures and discussions.
  6. Attendance Policy:
    - If a participant misses an individual lesson due to personal reasons, that lesson will be considered forfeited, and no additional lesson will be provided.
    - All participants are welcome to attend open masterclasses, lectures, and group discussions.
    - Participants and accompanying persons are required to attend all concerts of the InClassica 2025 Festival.
  7. Limited Enrollment:
    - Participation is limited, and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
    - Once the quota of accepted participants is reached, additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
    - The organizing committee will notify applicants when the quota is full on the official website.
    - Applicants on the waiting list are not required to make payment until invited to participate.
  8. Early Registration Recommended:
    - To ensure participation, early registration is highly recommended rather than waiting until the application deadline.
  9. Application Deadlines: 
    - Specific deadlines will be communicated by the organizing committee.
  10. Professor Assignment:
    - The organizer will make every effort to accommodate preferences for chosen professors; however, assignments cannot be guaranteed and may change if a professor is unavailable.
  11. Intellectual Property Rights:
    - All masterclasses and lectures may be broadcast live and/or recorded for subsequent use in various formats, including video, DVD, audio recording, photography, or any other media. All rights to these recordings belong to the event organizers. It is anticipated that recordings and photos of selected masterclass performances will be produced for non-commercial purposes and made available on the Internet by the organizers or their partners. Camera crews may film all masterclass events.
  12. Liability Waiver:
    - The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the stay.
  13. Communication Channels:
    - The confirmation of participation and all updates will be provided via email.
